Private Mentorship & Mastermind Hybrid

for coaches who are good but want to become untouchable

The Coaches Table

Build the coaching skill that makes your whole roster get incredible results, and the capacity to hold all the good shit that comes with being that good.

FOR COACHES WHO KNOW THEY'RE GOOD AND WANT

Being trusted by clients is an honor you take seriously

But if you don't have the proper training, that honor starts to feel like you're Mulan.

You've been handed a mission to save China, you're working your ass off but you barely got any training, you're suddenly responsible for a lot of people and some scary dude is hell bent on killing you.

At least she got a badass training montage and a lucky cricket, you got told to invest tens of thousands of dollars to build your business and exactly zero dollars to develop your coaching skill.

Think of me as a mix between Li Shang and Mushu.

I'm gonna make a man out of you you the coach other coaches look at and think "how tf does she do that?"

Because by now, you've discovered what every good business coach discovers eventually.

The strategy is easy.

The human in front of you is the hard part.

The Coaches Table is where that becomes easy too.

Meet the four horsemen running your calls

You prepare. You show up. You ask good questions.

And the calls still feel two steps to the left

Not bad enough to name. Just… off.

Four patterns live underneath your coaching. They're survival strategies that got you this far and are now quietly running the show while you're in session.

People Pleasing
You felt the shift in their energy and you adjusted. You softened the question. You backed off the thing that needed to be said. The call ended warm. Your client felt good. Nothing moved.

Proving
Somewhere in the back of your mind you're tracking it. Am I being smart enough. Insightful enough. Worth what they paid. The proving pattern pulls your attention off your client and onto yourself, and the second that happens you stop coaching and start performing.

Pressure
They have to get results. That's your job. So you push. You move faster than they're ready for, because what does it mean about you if they don't get there.

Perfectionism
You replay the call. You catch every moment you could have said it better. Underneath it is a quiet belief that if you were just a little more precise, it would finally feel like enough.

They're running in your client too.

She's running herself into the ground trying to make every single client and ever stranger on the internet happy.

Constantly proving she's good enough to her clients (and undercharging in the process).

Forcing herself to work even when she's exhausted.

Spending 424238 hours perfecting the funnel instead of selling her damn offer.

You're not just managing your horses, you're managing hers.

And you can't see any of it from inside the room.

It feels hard because you've never been properly mentored.

Every client who walks through your door has an operating system running underneath everything they do. The way they handle hard emotions. The stories they tell themselves about what's possible. The patterns they can't see because they've never had anyone help them look.

Your job isn't to give them more strategies.

It's to upgrade their identity.

Becoming untouchable gives you

MORE REFERRALS

DEEPER RELATIONSHIPS

BIGGER TRANSFORMATIONS

UNSHAKABLE CONFIDENCE

CLIENTS WHO STAY FOR YEARS

THE CAPACITY TO HOLD IT ALL EASILY

A REPUTATION THAT MARKETS FOR YOU

You want the impact & income that come with being the best in the business?

the better you get, the more it costs you not to have mentorship

Twice a month, I watch your actual session.

You get a full video breakdown of me watching it in real time and a personalized report that looks something like this:

4:32 — You asked a leading question that told her what you wanted to hear. Here's what it cost you for the next nine minutes and what to do instead so she steps into self leadership instead of relying on you.

18:07 — She said something underneath the thing she was saying and you went past it. Here's the exact language that would have opened it so you can resolve the conflict gap.

31:15 — You filled a silence that was doing the work. That's pressure. let. her. sit!

42:50 — You did something masterful and I want you to see it, name it, and do it on purpose with these two clients because they're experiencing the same issue.

Twenty-four full sessions, watched.

This is the backbone of the whole program, and why I need the entire session.

Cause honestly I don't trust a summary.

You can't write up the moment you were never trained to see.

Which is why you constantly tell your clients "okay but what does the data say?"

The better you get, the smaller the adjustments.

Bad to average is easy. Anyone can make that jump with a framework and a year of reps.

It's a big, obvious move and you're way past that.

Good to untouchable is a much bigger distance, because it's lots of teeny tiny adjustments that compound over time.

One posture change. Half a second of silence. The word you chose instead of the other word.

The better you get, the less you can afford to go unwatched.

Listen, nobody was teaching Simone Biles new skills at the top.

They were adjusting her by a degree and talking to her about what was happening in her head.

You're past the point where anyone can hand you a big fix.

You need the micro-adjustments that change everything.

I've done this for years with clinicians handling active trauma, where getting it wrong has consequences you can't take back. I'm a qualified supervisor. In clinical work that's a credential, and you don't get to watch someone else's sessions until you've proven you can do it without doing damage, done hella hours of training and been fully licensed for years.

That's the expertise I'm bringing.

Because every profession where getting it wrong hurts someone has supervision.

Therapists, social workers, surgeons, pilots. Someone qualified watches you work and tells you the truth.

Coaching is the only field where you're handed someone's business, their money, and the decisions that shape their whole life... and nobody ever watches you work.

Until now.

Most coaches won't join this program...

because I'm not selling an easy, effortless, build a million dollar business overnight training.

I'm promising you mastery.

That kind of skill can't be bought, it has to be built brick by brick.

The Coaches Table is for you if...

🦢 You have a client that makes your nervous system go 🫠🫠

You're polite and professional, but you don't really like them because they're really hard to coach. You've been calling it a bad fit (and it genuinely might be), but you're also like "maybe it's me?"

The good news is yes, it's you. Which means you're the solution.

🦢 You have sessions that make you think "Damn, I really a that bitch"... and sessions that are like "wtf was that, is Mercury in the microwave?"

You wanna learn how to to make every call not just productive, but magic.

Keep that energy, I'll teach you.

🦢 You've watched a client agree with everything you said and do... nothing, for weeks.

You've explained it nine different ways to Sunday. You've simplified it, checked in, reworked the strategy, encouraged them, thrown every mindset trick you know at them. And yet... nada.

Don't fret my sweet little cinnamon roll, I'll teach you how to clear the Conflict Gap so they move.

🦢 You've finished a session and four hours later, you're still having the conversation in your head.

You've deconstructed that thing harder than a hipster restaurant will deconstruct a sandwich. You've tried to care less (don't lose your heart, it's powerful), but can't.

You just need to learn detachment, that's all.

🦢 You know you're good. Obviously.

The question now is: "what happens when you master this?"

With your natural talent and work ethic? Like pouring gas on a fire, baby.

You're not a good fit if...

🚫 You're looking for a framework, script, or "magic question" to pull out when a client gets stuck.

This isn't a collection of coaching tricks or scripts, it's learning how to think and weave a web of expertise and love so big all your clients find a home.

You aren't here to memorize what to say (lol good luck with that). You're here to become someone who knows how to lead them through whatever comes up.

🚫 You're looking for business strategy.

While developing your skill will absolutely grow your business, this isn't a business program. This is exclusively about what happens in the room.

🚫 You're not willing to be watched. Twice a month I go through a real recorded session of yours minute by minute, line by line and tell you exactly what I see. Some of it will be uncomfortable. Mastery is a direct byproduct of being watched.

There's a reason Simone Biles had a coach her whole career.

🚫 You want to be validated instead of pushed. I care about you and your clients too much to do that.

🚫 You're fine with your client's results being fine. If your read on your clients results is that everyone's basically doing well and the ones who didn't just weren't ready... we're gonna disagree immediately and you'll be annoyed you spent the money. Genuinely, don't.

Here's what you have to look forward to 🤌🏼

Twelve months. Ten coaches. That's the whole room.

2 Autopsies a month — a real session of yours, gone through minute by minute, with corrections you can use on your next call

3 calls a month — skill building, case consultation on your hardest clients, and personal development on the blind spots running your sessions without your permission

The Bat Signal — I'm in the channel Monday, Wednesday, Friday

The Four Pillars — Presence & Attunement · Structure & Flow · Boundaries & Energetics · Language & Precision

The twelve Installs — the programs every thriving entrepreneur runs, and nobody told you installing them was your job: Emotional Sovereignty · Becoming Water · Creative Flexibility · Metamotivation · Environmental Architecture · Future Self Embodiment · Intrinsic Devotion · Nervous System Resourcing · Alignment · Internal Freedom · Cognitive Restructuring · Spider Web Thought Patterns

Mastery compounds.

One client at $2k/month who renews for six more months instead of quietly leaving is $12,000. The program pays for itself on one retained client.

Now run it the other way.

One client who doesn't get results doesn't renew, doesn't refer, and mentions to one friend that your program didn't really work for her.

That's a slow leak that spreads, and the only way to replace it is to market harder. the most expensive fix available to you.

You have much better shit to do, like go to cutesy farmers markets and brunch and hang with your family.

I'd much rather your client's results market for you.

You can out-market a delivery problem for about eighteen months. I've watched a lot of people do it. It ends the same way every time.

Retention is the only marketing that compounds while you sleep.

Hi! I'm Amanda

I'm setting the table for you

I built The Coaches Table because I got pissed.

(very Aries rising of me to create a whole program from rage, I'm aware 😂).

For years I've watched coaches who genuinely care about their clients - get wrecked by an industry that told them to invest in the business but never in their skill as a coach.

And when the clients didn't get results?

The industry told them they just didn't want it bad enough, sold them another $20k program, with another coach who was also never trained.

Nobody fixed the actual problem.

So I did.

I'm not teaching you from memory. I still see clients. I still coach entrepreneurs. I'm in the chair every week doing the exact work I'm going to teach you to do.

And I'm doing all of it — the practice, the coaching, this program, the farm — without burning out. Not by white-knuckling it. It's just not heavy anymore.

That's the part I most want you to have. The skill is what makes it light.

Here's the receipts:

✨ Built a full (50 clients) referral-based therapy practice in 18 months.
✨ Filled 5 clinicians' caseloads on referrals alone.
✨ The therapy practice is about to cross 7 figures total revenue in 7 years, while most clinicians struggle to fill a caseload.
✨ Every high-ticket client I've ever had came from one conversation or a referral. And none of them want to get rid of me.

Anyone can teach you how to make more money.

The Coaches Table teaches you how to be invaluable.

only 10 spots available. We start in Sept.

Join the founding cohort - this will take you to an application to make sure I can help you, specifically, and then I'll send you a message welcoming you to The Table

coaches always have questions 😜

Frequently asked questions

How much time? Three calls a month, ~60-90 min each. Two recordings sent to me, which costs you nothing since they're calls you're already having. Five to six hours a month.

What if no client will let me record? Most already do. I'll give you the exact language for asking, including how to frame it so it builds trust instead of making her self-conscious. Every clinical supervision setup in the world runs on recorded sessions.

Is my client's session confidential? Yes. Recordings go to me and only me. I don't play them on calls or use them as teaching material without written permission from you and your client. I've worked under clinical confidentiality standards for a decade.

I'm not a therapist — will this be over my head? Nope. It's depth coaching translated for the coaching room. You'll also learn exactly where the line is between coaching and therapy, which is a skill most coaches were never taught either.

What if my sessions aren't good enough to show you? Lol please, your "not good enough" is still good, but you want it to be untouchable. Send it. I won't be shocked and I won't be unkind. I'll be specific.

Can I submit a group call? Absolutely, group or 1:1 is perfect. Group dynamics have their own mechanics and almost nobody has had those looked at.

Will this help me sell more? Indirectly and substantially, through renewals and referrals. But I don't teach offers, funnels, or launches. If that's what you need right now, buy that instead.

What happens after twelve months? You'll be a materially different coach. There'll be an alumni option — it isn't built yet, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise to close you.

Is the retreat included? Your seat is. I'm planning on everyone staying the farm, helloooooo sleepover!

Nobody taught you that depth coaching is a skill.

This is where you learn it.

I don't just hold my own clients, I also work inside Masterminds holding their clients.

I don't only hold my own clients. I work inside other people's masterminds holding theirs. They're brilliant coaches who hit the same wall you did, and they solved it by hiring me.

"My clients love her. It's important to me that my clients get the best, safest, most qualified mindset support available. Amanda would be my number one choice every single time.

-Donata White

Having Amanda has been a game changer, it's very rare I trust anyone to support my clients but I know they're in such good hands. She's so experienced, and she has this incredible ability of getting right to the root of what clients are dealing with and helping them rewire it quickly and effectively.

-Taylor Slango

"I'm somebody who takes on my clients emotions and I was finding in my higher level coaching spaces that I was getting bogged down by the mental load of the emotions that come along with entrepreneurship. It's been so nice having Amanda as an expert."

-Theresa Schroeder
