That weight on your chest. The feeling that you can never get enough oxygen. That weakness you've felt in your body. The racing thoughts. Jumping to the worst case scenario. Yep, I'm talking about anxiety. Or the more useful way to put it, experiencing anxious thoughts and feelings. I heard recently that anxiety is the most common cause for ER visits. Anxiety is also the most common mental health diagnosis.

Anxiety is something almost every one of my clients deals with, so I've dealt with it almost daily for almost a decade now. Its safe to say I'm an expert in healing it. Not just teaching my clients to cope, in actually healing it. Yes, its possible. These are the tools I use the most often, I hope they give you some breathing room, some calm and a lot of peace.
